Executive Committee Membership

Meeting Policies

Please note the following guidelines for submission of items for consideration at the ICIS Executive Committee meetings.

  • Submission of agenda items
    • Materials are to be submitted electronically to the Secretary at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting date.
    • Items should include at least one motion.
      • Items without supporting documents will be deleted in preparing the final documents for the meetings.
    • Those Executive Committee members submitting items for discussion should indicate the length of time needed for the discussion.
  • Availability of Meeting Documents
    • All materials will be available via this web site 10 days prior to the meeting date (see under "agenda").
    • Executive Committee members are responsible for preparing their own set of meeting documents.
